Our Mead
Mead is a funny thing; it’s so old it’s new again. The ancient and modern practice of fermenting honey in water, meadmaking offers a lot of fun opportunities to experiment. At Emrys, we produce complex, sometimes unusual meads that are approachable and balanced, blending historical traditions with modern innovations. Our meads will all have a traceable piece of history and a clear edge of innovation or modern celebration.
